Characterized by light\, specific contact\, this modality invites deep healing. Central to this approach is learning to access the Inner Tide or Cranial wave. The tide is a subtle body pulse providing circulation of the fascia\, and other body structures. When we tune into this rhythm\, we can feel restrictions throughout the body\, mind and heart. In this way we work with the whole being. Cranial work invites a deep sense of connection. We become calm\, peaceful\, at ease…we feel a part of everything. \nThis workshop will introduce the principles of Craniosacral bodywork with a focus on accessing the Tide. Hands on cranial techniques and guided movement practice to integrate awareness of the cranial wave will be presented. A small class size facilitates personal attention.
