Curious about meditation? Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) is a new course designed to introduce you to the benefits of meditation. This secular course offers a unique approach, combining the latest science of the mind with time tested Buddhist practices. Through short periods of meditation and discussion, you will learn to apply a meditative awareness to daily life. Developed by renowned meditation teacher Mingyur Rinpoche, author of, “The Joy of Living.” Class time includes guided meditations, discussion, movement practice and videos of Mingyur Rinpoche.
