Who I Work With

I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds in all stages of life into my practice

Adults

Craniosacral is appropriate for anyone interested in receiving gentle, non-invasive bodywork. Deeply relaxing and supportive of overall health and well-being, cranial work can benefit a wide range of health challenges.

Yoga Therapy offers a way to become engaged in your healing process. Through practicing supportive yoga poses and breathing practices, you learn how to care for yourself. This is deeply empowering.

Mindful Awareness is a profoundly simple and effective tool for healing. Mindfulness practices cultivate self-awareness, calm and ease. Loving-kindness and compassion practices provide tools for healing our lives and our relationships.

Children

Children of all ages and stages of development can benefit from craniosacral, yoga and mindfulness.  These gentle, non-invasive modalities support greater health and well-being in many ways.

Craniosacral works directly with the environment of the brain, thus providing support for a wide range of conditions, including neurodivergence, learning differences and behavioral challenges. Cranial work also supports optimum physical structure and nervous system regulation, helping children to be at their best.

Yoga Therapy provides a way to engage active children and can become a regular practice when there is interest.

Mindfulness is an excellent ‘portable’ practice for self-regulation and awareness, empowering children to participate in their own well-being. Together, these mind-body resources are supportive as children grow and develop through adolescence into adulthood.

Infants

Craniosacral is a special gift for babies. Gentle and non-invasive, it can support newborns in their first days and weeks after birth, helping to recover from any challenges they may have met arriving into this world.

As infants grow, craniosacral can continue to be an important resource. Many common challenges can be addressed, including breast feeding, latching, tongue tie, colic, birth trauma, bonding and difficulty with settling and sleep. Birthing is a complex process for all involved.

Craniosacral for baby and mom or other family members can help to soothe this amazing life transition. Mindfulness, compassion and yoga practices for new parents can provide family support.
