Sitting is something we all do frequently-sometimes for many hours at a time. Sitting with inattention frequently causes compression, stiffness and discomfort. Sitting with awareness brings opening, relaxation and ease of being. We’ll explore both sitting on chairs and the floor. These principles will invite your mind to settle into your body with greater ease no matter where you are.
Open to all. No previous experience with yoga or meditation. Session will be recorded, and students have 2 weeks to review. HYBRID
