Day 2: Rewiring Your Nervous System to Relieve Jaw Tension
Your jaw and your nervous system are intimate partners. De-escalation can equal restoration. We’ll practice restorative yoga to soothe frayed nerves as well as pranayama and breath awareness, and learn gentle, safe self-massage techniques to relax the face and jaw.
