| The vagus nerve is essential in supporting relaxation and ease of being. This workshop will help you understand and regulate your nervous system. We’ll focus on how vagal tone affects overall well-being, stress resilience, and emotional regulation. Class time incorporates yoga postures, mindfulness and breathing practices to stimulate the vagus nerve, supporting you to transition between different nervous system states. Learn to identify Freeze (shutdown/trauma), Activation (fight/flight/play), and Relaxation (rest/digest).
